Data Collection

KeepContact collects no personal data. The app works entirely offline. No information is transmitted to external servers, third parties, or the app developer.

Data Stored Locally

All data you enter in KeepContact (contacts, interactions, notes, reminders, voice memos) is stored exclusively on your iPhone, in the app's local database. This data never leaves your device, except when you manually use the export feature.

Permissions Used

• Contacts (iOS): Read-only access to import your contacts. KeepContact never writes to your address book.
• Microphone: Used only to record voice memos on interactions, stored locally on your device.
• Photos: Used only to select a contact profile picture, stored locally on your device.
• Notifications: Used for contact reminders and the Daily Morning Brief. All notifications are local — no push server involved.

Subscriptions

KeepContact Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription managed entirely through Apple's App Store. Payment is processed by Apple. KeepContact does not collect, store, or have access to any payment or billing information.

Advertising and Tracking

No advertising. No tracking SDK. No analytics. No third-party data collection of any kind.

Children's Privacy

KeepContact does not knowingly collect any data from children under the age of 13. Because the app collects no data, no special provisions are necessary.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Since KeepContact collects no data, changes are unlikely.
