Overview

RoutineFlow is developed and published by SuiteForge. We believe your daily routines are personal and should stay that way. RoutineFlow is designed from the ground up to protect your privacy.

The short version: RoutineFlow does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to any server. All your routine data stays on your device. We never see it.

What data RoutineFlow stores

RoutineFlow stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Routines: name, icon, color, scheduled time, list of steps
• Routine steps: name, duration, order, icon
• Routine logs: completion history (date, routine name, completed steps, duration, completion status)
• User preferences: notification settings, display preferences, theme
• Onboarding responses: your routine focus selection (Morning, Night, or Both) — used solely to personalize your in-app experience

This data is stored using Apple's SwiftData framework on your iPhone. It never leaves your device unless you explicitly enable iCloud sync (see "iCloud sync" below).

What data RoutineFlow does NOT collect

RoutineFlow does not collect, access, or transmit:

• Your name, email address, or any account information (no account is required)
• Your location
• Your contacts
• Your browsing history
