1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using RoutineFlow ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

RoutineFlow is developed and published by SuiteForge ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of the service

RoutineFlow is a sequential routine timer application for iOS. The App allows you to:

• Create custom routines (morning, night, or any other) composed of timed steps that auto-advance
• Run routines with a sequential timer that transitions automatically between steps
• View completion history and streaks
• Receive local notifications at scheduled routine times
• Display the next scheduled routine via a home screen widget

RoutineFlow is designed as a productivity and wellness tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice (see Section 7).

3. Account and privacy

RoutineFlow does not require an account, login, or any personal information to function. All data is stored locally on your device, with optional iCloud sync to your personal iCloud account. For full details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

4. Subscriptions and payments

4.1 Free and premium tiers

RoutineFlow is free to download and use with core features (one routine, up to 5 steps). Optional premium features (unlimited routines, unlimited steps, widgets, streaks, statistics) are available through a RoutineFlow Premium subscription.
